You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to return or exchange eligible items or 14 days from the start of classes for textbooks.
You are able to return or exchange any of your items at any of our Campus Store Locations if:
1. Proof is provided of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
2. The product is unopened, unused, unmarked, and has the original product tags or shrink wrap intact, where applicable.
3. It is not a final sale item, such as custom clothing or uniforms, digital access codes after redemption, or any item marked final sale.
4. Your digital access code has not been redeemed.
To assist with the ease of an exchange or return, please keep your textbooks and course resources unopened and in unused condition until you are sure your course is running.
To mail your items back to us, please email us. Please note, a $10 restocking fee will apply for all mail-in returns.
